The automatic production line of bright steel makes flexible combination and layout for the pre straightening, peeling and precision straightening, and to realize high automation, high production and high surface quality. 
Combination 1: 1 peeling machine+1 precision straightening machine

Given that the material bar is in relatively good straightness, direct peeling can be done followed with precision straightening and polishing to acquire better surface quality, and at the same time provide good condition for the following process such as grinding and polishing.
　
Combination 2: 1 pre straightening machine+1 peeling machine+1 precision straightening machine

Given that the material bar is in relatively poor straightness, it shall be pre straightened before peeling to make sure that the peeling process can be done smoothly. Precision straightening and polishing will be the next step. The whole production line can be simply operated and labor saving with only 3 people.

Combination 3: 2 peeling machines+1 precision straightening machine

Compared with straightening machine, peeling machine can be relatively slow. With the combination of 2 peeling machine plus 1 straightening machine, the requirement of fast straightening can be made first of all, the surface quality can be enhanced secondly, and production capacity can be greatly increased thirdly.
