This drawing machine can do the cold drawing for round bar or hexagonal bar . It has the advantage of accurate geometric shape, good surface roughness and high dimensional accuracy, which means higher efficiency and lower cost. Process: Uncoiling→pre straightening→drawing→fine straightening→cutting→vertical type two roller machine→finished product collection. The diameter of the metal material can be changed to achieve the required diameter by drawing. Through repeated bending and stretching, the round bar, hexagonal bar, square bar of non-ferrous metal and ferrous metal material can experience straightening process to acquire the desirable straightening effect.
