Hydraulic scraping and rolling tool: suitable for the processing of cylinders with relatively high straightness requirements. The structural methods of hydraulic scraping and rolling tools are not limited to German, American and Korean types. Our company has digested and absorbed foreign tools and developed a new generation of hydraulic scraping and rolling tools. It can cut 3-12 mm radially at a time.


The front end of the system is a rough boring head, equipped with 3 sets of precision machine-clamped indexable blades and 3 sets of carbide guide blocks. The rough boring head is mainly used to remove most of the cuttings, followed by a floating scraping head. The scraping head is mainly used to reduce or eliminate the ripples and errors on the front processing surface of the inner hole. The last end of the system is a rolling head, equipped with 6-40 rollers, which squeeze the inner wall of the cylinder to make the scraped surface smoother and form a better surface profile.
After the product is processed, the scraping blade, tracking guide block, and rolling head are retracted at the same time through hydraulic control to prevent scratches on the workpiece surface.
