The ZLYC series permanent magnetic chip conveyor makes use of the strong magnetic effect generated by permanent magnet materials to separate powdery and granular iron chips as well as those with a length less than 50mm, and the debris in the coolant medium. It adsorbs them on the working surface of the chip conveyor and transports them to the designated working positions. This device adopts a closed structure, features a uniform chip removal amount, operates stably and with low noise, and can be used for the treatment of iron chips in both dry and wet processing.
