The ZLZGL series paper tape filters are mainly used in machine tools such as grinders, honing machines, and machining centers, which are precision - processing equipment with relatively high requirements for the cleanliness of coolant. This device uses filter cloth to filter impurities from coolant and oil. When the filter cloth is clogged with impurities in the coolant or oil, causing the liquid level to rise, the proximity switch controlled by the liquid level sends a signal. Then the transmission mechanism moves to convey the impurity -laden filter cloth into the waste cloth box. New filter cloth enters the next cycle, the liquid level drops simultaneously, and the transmission mechanism stops running. All these operations are automatically controlled by the equipment. The ZLCGL series magnetic roller paper tape filters are based on the paper tape filters. A magnetic roller separation device is added to separate the magnetic grinding chips(magnetic impurities) in advance, thus significantly reducing the consumption of filter paper.
